“While the staff were generally very polite, we were very disappointed in the cleaning staff. We spent three night there. We did not receive cleaning services for all three days. We asked for towels and toiletries to be brought to our room on Friday evening, when we returned from being out for the day. The front desk person was very responsive, but she brought us a stack of clean bath mats to use as towels. They had run out of towels. She assured us she would mark our card to make sure we……

“The minute we walked into the Lobby the manager made us feel welcome with much information of things to do other than what we were there for.. the room was clean and inviting.. the mattress didn't have a spot on it.. the bathroom was clean with hot water at all times .. there weren't any people wandering about to be leary of at all .. I noticed their security cameras were always on in the lobby.. the night clerk was kind and easy to speak with, she calmed my confusion and was extremely helpful..……
