“There’s no AC in the middle of summer of July! They could not even provide a fan! Breakfast could be better. I asked a staff since there are steps to go to the elevator and we have big luggages. He just pointed to the direction of the elevator instead of helping me with the luggage to the stairs. The hotel is not for people with disabilities”
