"Where to start?! We came in from NC for our son’s wedding who is stationed at Fort Leonard Wood. The property liaison/Host, Randy, was great from the beginning. He explained how everything worked from the locks, the A/C, garage, to the boat rental. Randy was also very quick to respond to any questions we had! Ernie manages the boat rental and he was spectacular as well, and great to talk with! The dock was nice and the pontoon worked out great and was easy to manage. Fishing from the pier was great, my youngest son caught his first channel cat! You pretty much have everything you need (bedding, linen, towels, cooking utensils, grill and gas, etc), just bring yourselves, some food, laundry and dishwasher detergent, and plan to have a great time! I ask all that stay to clean your mess up and treat the place as if it were your own home. Do the dishes and get them put up before you leave, and get the washed linens in the dryer for the cleanup crew. I highly recommend this place for large families! Our family would definitely stay here again!!! Hats off to Randy, Ruth, and Ernie for a pleasant stay which made the passing of my mother the week prior easier to deal with. God Bless to all!!!!!"

"I love Margaritavilles that I have been to. Fort Myers Beach and Orlando are great. This one is ok. Its definitely sub par to those two but still a great choice in the area. The resort is impossible to walk. They have golf carts that go by a lot and you can request them. Nice of them but terrible layout of the resort. Staff was generally good. Maintenance was not so good in the rooms such as missing drawer handles, terrible showers from the 80's; The property is just getting very dated. One of the things I think is just sub par for a Margaritaville is that they dont even send room service to make up your room every day you have to request it daily. Even doing so they did not show up to my room one day. Its nice to have the bars and restaurants and marina on site. Overall its an Ok-ish option in the area."

"The property was great! I loved the big windows that showed off the amazing view throughout the living & the kitchen. I loved being right on the water and the easy access to rent a boat from the property owner. We enjoyed having all the fun activities in the garage and the surround sound system was a fun bonus! We would definitely recommend this property!"
