"The area is great! We planned to leave during the day and return in the evening due to the parking situation downtown. When we were at the loft, we walked everywhere we needed to go - dinner, baseball game and a concert! We had a great time."

Downtown Loft! Walk to Everything!
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, 12 reviews
"Everything was perfect i was able to check in literally as soon as i turned on the road the property was located on, a full hour early. The bed was extremely comfortable, the property was clean and very nicely appointed. Everything was exactly as advertised. If there was to be anything that i was not happy with it with it woukd be the level of noise outside BUT it is to be expected in the downtown/entertainment district and absolutely no fault of the prooerty or the owner. Overall i had a...

"I feel like part of the reason i didn't enjoy this stay is because i didn't read the details close enough. Overall, it was clean enough except for the couch cover which may have been clean but had hair and lint embedded in it. I put a blanket over before sitting but it was my blanket from my car because there is no extra bedding at the apartment. There also isnt any eating utensils. I didn't cook or even plan to but assumed there would be spoons for the yogurt i brought. There was not. My...

Spacious Springfield Apt < 4 Mi to Downtown!
4.8 out of 10, 3 reviews
"First, the price for the stay was reasonable and we (almost) had enough beds for our group. The number of beds advertised vs the number listed in the confirmation vs the actual number of beds did not match up. We made it work, but it ended up being pretty awkward. Regarding the property, it's located above a smoke shop and cigarette smells crept up into the rental unit. The entryway also smelled musty so the place just didn't feel very clean to us. One of the bedrooms had bunk beds, which...

Sleepover: Tasteful 1BD/1BA- Downtown Springfield

"I stayed in Springfield for the GOP convention and although this was a place to stay close to the convention center, I would choose elsewhere next time. The floor was so dirty that I could feel grime with my feet. I took a shower and after getting ready at the sink my feet were already black from the floor. Motorcycles and loud cars all night long. I could hear everything from the floor above me, so I got maybe two hours of sleep. The property manager was nice, which was the only reason it got a...

"This is absolutely unacceptable. I had to go to the unit two times and I was not able to access the lockbox. I also explained to the representative when I called that I felt it was very unsafe conditions in the parking structure which was where the lockbox was. I did not feel safe at all with people that were hanging around the lockbox area. Also, I am an older handicapped woman and I was not made aware that there would be no handicap accessible parking, and that the parking structure would not...

"Property was comfortable but not clean. I had to wash the coffee pot before I used it, the kitchen counter was sticky, toothpaste splattered on the mirror, hand soap residue on the sink and cob webs up in the windows"

Sleepover: Extraordinary 2BD/1BA Condo Downtown Springfield
4.0 out of 10, 1 review
"First step is finding the place. Even with the directions, finding the building was confusing as it was not visible from street or parking lot. Step 2- the temperature of the dwelling. It was cold and remained cold. I understand it is Spring time, but some days are unseasonably cooler. Unfortunately, the thermostat was either broke or the insulation of the place was absent. After that, step at your own risk. There was a coffee pot but no coffee, Keurig, or clean coffee cup. Perhaps they...

"It was decent for the location and it was clean. But it was in desperate need of more carpets and wall furnishings to help with the echo. Because it has only a tv, small couch, and table it feels like you’re in a concrete hole."

Sleepover: Sleek 1BD/1BA - Downtown Springfield

"The property was located downtown close to shops and restaurants. The location of the lock box feels dank and unkept which leaves a poor first impression of the property. If I had known this location had multiple levels and no elevator before booking, I would have known that it would not fit with my disability. The one-bedroom B&B was on the 3rd floor and had a balcony with soft closed draws in the kitchen and bathroom, unfortunately the floors, windows, balcony, light fixtures, ceiling fan,...
