Walkable distaance to MTR station and having transport facility as well which help a lot while going to Airport. Breakfast having a lot selection to choose. Room service is good.

the stay was comfortable and the hotel was located conveniently for a number of travel services such as laundry and convenient stores. a significant blemish was that their contracted bus company had one driver who was mean-spirited and exercised his 'control' over elderly customers. after my complaint and hotel verification by hotel videocamera recording, the hotel apologized profusely for what happened. hope they fix this issue, as the rest of their staff were very kind and pleasant.

For a stopover in Hong Kong this property is just fine. It's efficient, clean and the staff are super helpful. My room was clean and well laid out. For the price, great value too!

Lovely hotel with many option to eat. Good choice of breakfast. Clean room and every 30 minutes having Pick up and Drop Off service to Airport and near by MTR station.

The hotel receptionist during check in and out were very polite. Hotel rooms are good and we get seaview room, not very spacious at the bedroom but toilet is great. The bedding set is superb! Have free shuttle to HK airport every hour starting at 645am (as of 21/3/2024), very convenient!

Airport to hotel shuttle service needs to be reviewed as people waited for a long time and not enough seats especially after a long flight. Bathroom floor was wet, it was leaking somewhere. Room is spacious and clean but not much thought of where to put luggage for 2 people.

I booked this hotel for a transit flight. It's pretty close to the airport (around 10-15 mins drive) The room is spacious and clean with a great view of the aircraft runway. The breakfast at the hotel is quite chaotic but still nice with wide range of selections from cold cut to hot food. Overall very satisfied with the hotel. Also, the check out is pretty easy and quick. Love it!
