Our room was on the ground floor beside the staircase, so Saturday was quite noisy all night hearing other guests use the stairs. Luckily I brought earplugs and Sunday night was quiet. The room was not set up for eating in, but the check-in office/lobby area also functioned as a space to hangout and enjoy coffee/tea, or use the electric water kettle and microwave. All staff were friendly, especially the lovely evening "receptionist" working 1/31\. Despite being the only one on shift on a packed Saturday night, she still managed to be welcoming and thoughtful."
