The ground floor houses the common room with a kitchen for approximately 30 people. There is a large playground, petting zoo, and a sun terrace with a lounge set. Additional services (for a fee): bread delivery, eggs, honey, farm butter, homemade Kaminwurz (spicy smoked sausage), and alpine cheese.
