"I really enjoyed my stay here. The cabin was very cute, nicely decorated, and extremely clean. The location was ideal. In the country, but not too far outside of Llano. My favorite part though had to be the longhorns on the property. It was so neat getting to watch them. I definitely will plan to book this property again for a future visit to the area. "

"The cabin is just the right size for a couple. The high ceilings make the cabin feel roomy. The bed was comfortable and Kathy took care of anything we needed. We had access to the whole ranch and enjoyed seeing the wildlife each day, especially the longhorn calves. We cooked our meals there and had all we need. If you want to grill you’ll need to provide your own charcoal. The cabin is quiet and cozy deep in the heart of the Hill Country."

"Room was clean. Everything worked. We had a kitchen so made use of the refrigerator & microwave. Taco Bell & Valero was 900’ away. Parking was free & easy to park by our room. Victor was helpful but did not know about local fishing. Motel was close to river fishing. A/C worked great. The bedding was casual but clean. I rested well but my husband said the bed hurt his back. Will go back because of the amenities. We liked the kitchen. There were no pots & pans but we did cook. Shower was fine & it had a tub but we left early to go fishing. Sheets were not “high end” but clean. No bugs seen & I am picky about that. I would give it an A- just because no local fishing knowledge. Had to go back for WiFi password."
