“Beautiful and comfortable room. Great staffs serving around.”

“Literally beach front property! So relaxing and peaceful. The property was clean, location was convenient and host was easy to contact. Would definitely stay again!”

“We had an excellent stay! The house was very clean, and every room was well-maintained and comfortable. The host, Cari, was fantastic—very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.We especially appreciated the laundry facilities, which were convenient and easy to use. The location was also great, with shops nearby that made everything easily accessible. On our last day, Cari went above and beyond by accommodating us with a 2-hour extension so I could attend an important meeting from……

“The Only issue we had with the place was parking other than that the studio was perfect for what we needed.”

“Entire process was smooth.”

“This house was a perfect Burbank house for our visit. It allowed our family to spread out into our own bedrooms. It was also so nice to have two bathrooms! We loved the modern decor - it felt fresh and more hotel-like. We also liked the option for playing in the back with the ping pong table. The host was very friendly and available to communicate. It was also nice to have a driveway so we had a set parking space for our rental car. Burbank is such a great place to stay with pretty much……

“The host was extremely communicative, and the home was clean and comfortable and lovely. We will be back!”

“We had a couple issues during our stay, however they were handled in a timely manner. The location was probably the best part about it. We were able to walk to the majority of our destinations during the week. Communication with the host was excellent. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend staying in an upstairs unit due to the noise from other renters. For the price, location and staff, I would recommend staying.”

“Unit was adequate for our stay. Neighborhood quiet. Sofa bed was uncomfortable, though, for our third adult. Check in and out easy. Kitchen well stocked. Linens well stocked. Driveway very long and narrow so a bit difficult to back up (only way to get out). Price was OK for the area.”

“We had a fantastic stay in Burbank. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. One of the biggest advantages was the free parking. The neighborhood felt very safe, and having a supermarket nearby made it easy to buy groceries during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped and convenient to use, which made preparing meals very enjoyable. Check-in was quick and simple. Since the room was accessed with a door code, we didn’t have to carry a key around,……

“Overall, we had a good stay and the location was great. Being able to walk across the street to Warner Bros. was a huge plus, and we were close to everything we wanted to do. The biggest issue was parking. We stayed out late, and each night only the last spot was left. Other vehicles often took up more room than necessary, leaving very little space. The first night I scratched the entire side of my car on the bushes trying to fit and had to crawl out through the back. After that, I parked even……
