Staff was friendly up on arrival. Made checking in and out very easy. The room I had seem like it was remodeled recently and was very clean. Location of the hotel was great. Shopping center was only 5 minutes away very convenient. I would definitely come back to this establishment for sure hands down.

Love the courtyard space, the garden property was beautiful. The pool was nice. Very close to the freeway but no nose when inside your room. Staff was very friendly. Would visit again!!

The place was clean, the staff was nice and polite. The water pressure in the shower and the sink could be better. The hotel is by freeway, it’s convenient for traveling but it’s noisy.

Customer service is great. There is a $100 hold that Expedia customers must pay and will be refunded upon end of stay. There are only 3 handicap parking in the building. Parking is very limited. There are no handicap bars to be able to get into the shower so if you have someone with limited mobility it probably is best not to book here as the showers are still tub showers. They do have an elevator to get to the different floors, functional ice machines. AC is very loud when switched on, woke me up from a dead sleep. Outdoor noises can be heard. If you have the couch sleeper just know that the mattress in them is very paper thin and very outdated. Main bed was comfortable, pillows are very soft and probably have to be replaced. I just brought my own. Rooms for the most part are upgraded. Overall not very handicap friendly, probably wouldn’t stay here again.
