Guests are required to dispose of their toilet paper waste in a trash can & not flush it down the toilet. This is uncommon and should disqualify this hotel from its 4-Star standard category. This toilet requirement should be transparent and guests should be aware in advance at time of booking and not informed at check-in. “I went with my husband and 7 year old son and we had a good time in Simantro. Loved the view and resort surroundings with all the greenary around, best part was the beach side and beach beds

“Wir waren kurz nach Saisoneröffnung Mitte Mai hier. Das Resort ist wunderschön. Wir hatten eine Cabana mit eigenem Pool. Dadurch konnten wir die windigeren Tage am Pool verbringen, der windgeschützt war und zum entspannen einlud.
Das Personal ist äußerst zuvorkommend und nicht aufdringlich. Wir haben sehr nette Unterhaltungen geführt zum Beispiel mit dem sehr netten Kellner Raffael.
Das Frühstück wird serviert und man kann so viel bestellen wie man möchte. Die Qualität war hervorragend.……

“We stayed at the hotel just before the start of the season. In fact, we were the only guests for the first two days. I can't speak of what happens during the peak season, but it was the best place we have ever stayed at so far. The room was exceptionally clean and fully renovated with modern amenities; the staff was great and very attentive. Breakfast was excellent and varied every day. WiFi Internet was fast and stable. There was plenty of parking space.

“As we arrived after the reception closed, the owner reached out via WhatsApp to provide us with the check-in procedure. He explained how to get our key and gave us our room number.
