A wonderful place to be.
This property is in a lovely, quiet area close to activities such as eating, shopping and touring about. The owners were wonderful and very easy to communicate with. The pictures do not do this place justice. It is very clean and spacious. I highly recommend it!

Verbank country
Trish was a great hostess. The location to the Catskills mountains, Hudson River Valley, Connecticut, Massachusetts made for fantastic vistas and exciting motorcycle twisties. Many small town centers with historic friendly vibes!

Hudson valley.
The house was great for what I needed a place to sleep, relax and cook some food. Has a full set kitchen for whatever you want to cook. Couches are comfortable for relaxing and watching tv. Thank you Trish again for letting us borrow your bikes to ride on the rail. It was a great recommendation. Also thanks for telling us about millbrook vineyard. We loved it there.

It felt like coming home!
We loved our stay at this quiet, comfortable, roomy home. It had everything we needed: a well stocked kitchen, a comfortable bed, a living room to spread out in, and a good bathroom. We were attending sessions at the Omega Institute and this get-away provided a nice retreat from all that we were learning and taking in during the day. We especially appreciated the added comfort of half and half and eggs being put in the refrigerator before we arrived. That saved us a trip to the store and added to a relaxing stay. I was really glad I had made this booking!

Those are our two top priorities! Good communication with directions to find the house. Nice array of brochures with tourist attractions, restaurant recommendations, etc. plus a voucher for a two-for-one wine tasting!

A Great Place to Stay

Wonderful relaxing quiet comfortable friendly time away
This was perfect and exactly what my husband and I needed for our long weekend away for our family wedding weekend. We were about 30 minutes away from Troutbeck for the family wedding and this little one bedroom house was comfortable and just perfect! From the little toiletries and stocked refrigerator and pantry the owners go out of their way to make you feel at home in their home. They went apple picking so they brought us some apples. Now that is just plain nice! I would definitely come back here! Great find—thank you!!!

Comfortable and Relaxing, an Ideal Getaway
Our hosts made us feel right at home. There were more than enough amenities in a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. The apt is well kept, very clean and organized. 100% better than any hotel/motel while on vacation. We were trilled to be able to cook our own dinner and breakfast while we were there. We enjoyed the hospitatily of their firepit. When our hosts greeted us, they knew we wanted to use the pit so they gave us a "S'more's Kit" consisting of marshmallows, graham crakers and chocolate!!! What a wonderful welcome!!! I recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for the perfect getaway. You'll find it very relaxing and quiet with no stress involved. Can't wait to go back the ending of September for a longer stay!! Thank you for a awesome place to chill out!!! Donna and Ian

Home away from home
The apartment, located on a quiet street in a beautiful area, is spacious, clean, and private. Spent 3 nights and felt very much at home. Large full eat-in kitchen, comfortable living room and bedroom made it a great place to relax after full days of being out in nearby towns. Our hosts, Dave and Trish are very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome while respecting our privacy. If we return to the Hudson Valley area, we would definitely stay there again.

Spacious, peaceful and beautiful apartment and area!
This was our first experience with a Homeaway property. The apartment was just what we needed. A large clean place, with a nice comfortable queen size bed. The place was well stocked with supplies and enough food to care for your needs for a few days, just in case you are jet-lagged from your trip. The home owners are friendly and caring people. Thanks for an enjoyable week at your apartment!
