“Glass all over pool back area an in pool edge went and told front desk who said maintenance would be there 3 hrs later no one showed no apologies no conversation nothing place is very runned down smells funny room was not great definitely not a hotel that should be charging 130 a night jaccuzzi not working not even water level and outside bathroom was filthy”

“A dog was swiming in the pool. If you are not a pet lover i would nit recommend.”

“We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath. It was clean, spacious and had comfortable beds. The furniture in the main and dining area was nice. View of the beach and access to it were great. They had many options for extra activities like tennis, shuffleboard, pool tables etc. Tried our hand at shuffleboard and had fun. Felicia (I think that was her name? ) that checked us in was very friendly and was a wealth of information for the area. ”

“I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. If I could not give at least one star, I would definitely give it a zero. The floor is old, the sheets and pillows are stained, the wash basin and shower room are visibly yellowed, the paint is falling off, the small refrigerator and microwave buttons are not working, it is simply a large disaster scene. I am sure and I definitely hope that others can stay away from this hotel. I say it three times: stay away! Stay away! Stay away!”

“Mi estancia estuvo bien, lo que más me gustó es que es todo incluido, el Hotel está limpio al igual que la habitación y es espaciosa, servicio en general fue bueno excepto el día lunes 1 de junio sobre 6 pm la señora que estaba en el bar de la piscina principal la atención en el restaurante es en el momento que llegas pero por lo general no te atienden más, la comida es aceptable. Tiene bastante áreas de juego en la noche hay animación hasta las 11.00 pm. Se disfruta bien y se pasa un rato……
