Gute Ausstattung, tolle Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Das Bad ist riesig, die Küche verfügt sowohl über eine kleine Spülmaschine (völlig ausreichend) und einen Backofen, die Terrasse hat quasi den ganzen Tag Sonne und man ist ruckzuck am Strand aber auch bei allen Geschäften. Die Waschmaschine mitsamt Trockner im Keller ist sehr praktisch. Im Wohn-Esszimmer wäre noch ein Sessel schön, da das Sofa zu klein für vier Personen ist. Toll wären auch Topflappen, um ein heißes Blech aus dem Ofen zu holen.

Moderne Wohnung in Strandnähe

Sehr schöne, moderne und saubere Wohnung in direkter Strandnähe. Wohnraum und Bad sind ausreichend groß und die Küche durchdacht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Bett ist leider unfassbar ungemütlich und viel zu hart. Außerdem war über unseren gesamten Aufenthalt der Aufzug kaputt und die gemeinschaftlich genutzte Waschmaschine häufig belegt.

kein Seeblick. Wohnung im Kellergeschoss.Preis Leistung stimmt nicht

Die Wohnung liegt im Untergeschoss / Kellerebene und liegt leider weder direkt am Strand und hat auch keinen Seeblick (außer vielleicht im Dachgeschoss?), da noch zwei Häuserreihen direkt davor stehen. Die Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig und neu eingerichtet, allerdings (durch die Bauweise?) leider ziemlich stickig und ohne Insektenschutz. Aufgrund der Lage gab es leider keinerlei Privatsphäre auf der Terrasse (von überall einsehbar, kein Sonnenschirm, keine Markise), sodass wir diese kaum genutzt haben. Die Nachbarn nutzten diese allerdings während unseres ersten Frühstücks, um zum Müllcontainer zu gelangen... Also alles in Allem eine wirklich sehr schöne Wohnung, aber im Vergleich zu den anderen, auch schönen Ferienwohnungen oder Air BNB's mit besserer Lage und etwas Privatsphäre, stimmt der Preis bzw. das Preis Leistungsverhältnis aus unserer Sicht nicht. Gewünscht hätten wir uns einen Schlüsselkasten vor Ort (der Schlüssel mit Aktien beim Concierge abgeholt werden, der ein ganz schönes Stück weit weg ist, was mit Koffer/ Tasche/ Kids herausfordernd empfunden werden kann) oder aber einen Zugangscode. Toll wäre auch eine Espresso oder Pad Maschine für Kaffee, anstelle der normalen Filtermaschine und vielleicht eine zweite Rolle Toilettenpapier :);) Die Handtücher und Bettwäsche hatten allerdings eine tolle Qualität und der Concierge/Service war wirklich sehr freundlich, hat schnell geantwortet und war sehr hilfsbereit.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig, außer das Kinderzimmer,, Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Küche und das Badezimmer sind ein Traum. Die Matratzen leider viel zu hart. weichere Matratzen, bzw. Topper auf den Matratzen legen

Kurzurlaub

Sehr zu empfehlen, das Gebäude ist neugebaut in 2020 und topaktuell ausgestattet. Die Lage ist top, 2min. zum Strand und in den Ortskern. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Wohnung in Top-Lage, absolut barrierefrei. Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Sehr zu empfehlen.
