“Carbs for breakfast, cereal, bagels, waffles, but drink machine wasn't working. Staff was nice, gave us a blanwt so dog would mess up the bed. Convenient for what we were in Bath for. Bed was comfortable ”

“Outside of the hotel looked very rundown but the inside was very nice. There was a very shady person lurking outside by the door that made us feel unsafe. When I went to check in no one was there even after ringing the bell. Someone was there after I brought our luggage in though. The fourth floor smelled heavily like weed even though there were signs everywhere saying no smoking. Our room was very nice. Bed was uncomfortable for me personally but not for anyone else.”

“This property was amazing! The outside is beautiful and the inside was immaculate. Our room was the Rose room. Highly recommend. Everything was clean and the amenities that they have available to us including soda, snacks, coffee, and homemade cookies. Nice and quiet stay. Perfect for my husband and I while we visited for a few days in town. Easy access to major highways and towns with restaurants a short distance away.”

“Room was very clean. The bathroom was great. It is a very newly built hotel so our room didn't have a tub. It had a nice roomy shower that was a taller height. Hotel allows dogs which is nice. Close to Alfred State. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. ”

“Glitter on one of the beds, no table or chair, only available outlet was behind one of the beds and a hole in the wall where possibly a smoke detector might have been. Did have a half sized mini fridge, full size microwave on top of it and coffee pot on top of that, towels and cable tv.”

“Great spot in a great, small New York town. ”

“Our one night stay was way too short to enjoy the beautiful property. We stayed here for our visit to Letchworth State Park. The Glen Iris Inn was fully booked so we chose this as an alternative. Good call when we visited the inn while in the park we noticed most of the patrons were elderly. I had a small issue with the plumbing at 5am, Jessica and Ryan took care of it immediately. The cottage was perfect. If we ever visit this area again we will be back here but will stay longer for sure.”

“The room was not worth the cost. Thankfully we only needed it for 1 night for a wedding nearby but the bed was awful. Check in was confusing, it was at the bar. We could deal with it being less eye appealing if the price matched it. Would not recommend. ”
