Beautiful by the lake. Pay the extra 10 or 20 dollars for the lake view rooms. Nice pool. Nice hot tub. Nice view. Nice deck. Nice gym. Nice people.

Beautiful location, bedding nice, helpful staff, convenient parking right in front of our room. Room had coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. Hotel lobby had coffee/tea but no breakfast. Have to travel for breakfast. Room had only one chair and a low small table. An additional chair would be good. Staff had no control but one person hogged the coffee machine and used the last drop of coffee without letting staff know. It was annoying but beyond staff control.

Very clean, modern hotel. Breakfast is so good, with many fresh baked pastries and breakfast pizza. There is also a brewery right next door, so that is a bonus! Highly recommend.

Definitely lived up to its "fabulous" rating! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The options for the continental breakfast were many and even nicer was that everything was individually wrapped (but fresh, NOT pre-packaged and sealed with no expiration date!) and pancake machine was touchless. A little further off the interstate than we anticipated but worth the drive. Would stay again

We loved our stay at this beautiful and historic B&B!. There are several common rooms downstairs for sitting/chatting/reading. We ended up playing a Scrabble game they had available. The soft classical music in the background was a nice touch. They had tea, coffee & little treats/snacks available the whole stay. Our room felt clean & spacious. The bed was very comfortable. We were equipped with all the basic amenities needed for our stay. The breakfast was delicious! We would stay again.

Nice place to stay while visiting Alfred U. Clean room, included breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable mattress. Would stay here again.

Every inch of this place is beautiful. And smells heavenly. Excellent food at both rose garden & the sand bar. Adorable s’mores kits for the kids with fires. We loved it!

Very clean, spacious, and completely comfortable. Great bed linens. Satisfaction list is topped by the friendly, competent and attentive staff.

Our hosts, Charlie and Rebecca, were very gracious and gave us pointers for dinner locations. The room was very cosy and the breakfast scrumptious. Their coffee brand is worth trying even if you are not a coffee drinker

Breakfast options were limited compared to other hotels I have stayed at. The coffee station needs to located in a bigger for multiple to use.

My friend and family went up for a weekend to do a self guided wine tour. My best friend and I share a birthday and we were celebrating! We booked at this hotel not knowing anything about it. Right from the start the owner was incredibly nice and welcoming she found out we were celebrating our birthday. The rooms were personal cute and clean. The king suite was very nice. Chris in breafast area was fantastic. U could tell they take pride in the place

The staff was so friendly and helpful. They made you feel like family. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. We loved the breakfast and enjoyed the wide variety of foods. I definitely recommend this hotel.
