The TV was nice and you could access your own Netflix or YouTube account. Unfortunately, there were some problems such as very outdated plumbing that made for slow drainage of the sink and having to flush the toilet many times. Also, a group of hockey players that were gradeschool age were in the hotel and they made a terrible noise through very late at night. The staff was pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was good when buffet was available, but not great when buffet was not available. The check in was quick but he didn’t say much, never told us where to head for the elevator and found out later he was supposed to give us a cookie at check in. He left the desk as soon as we started to leave. We felt like we were interrupting him. We ask and found the elevators. We had dinner there and breakfast both nice. Overall we were happy with everything. Trees and plants all over the place. There's a small bar and restaurant. The pool is in a strange shape and looks very small. We did not use any of these amenities. One of the elevators was out of order. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Only thing I was hoping for was free coffee in lobby in the morning. Our room also did not have hair dryer. The morning maid said I had to ask the front desk. I did not bother.
