“They have done an AMAZING job renovating a very old property. The beds were comfortable, nice bed linens and towels. Everything was very clean. Very efficient operations with self service 24/7 for things you might need. Due to the age the bathroom is very small but the rooms are priced appropriately. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to the area!”

“This was a great cottage for our get away on the NNK. Walking distance to The Tides Inn and very close to other restaurants we wanted to explore. That said, normally we do more cooking when at a VRBO and this kitchen was beautifully furnished with anything and everything you could possibly need. Lovely porches front and back, really charming. ”

“My husband and I decided on a last-minute vacation to de-stress and unwind. Our only criteria was a hot tub with a water view and “Serenity on the Rappahannock” fit the bill perfectly! The home was clean, spacious, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the decks for peaceful morning coffee and stunning sunsets. The water facing hot tub was perfect for relaxing!
