“It is a very nice place to rest and relax. Although this hotel may not be the most family-oriented option for guests with small children, we had a very pleasant stay. We visited for the weekend with our two year old daughter, and the staff was very kind, helpful, and attentive to all our requests. We truly appreciated their hospitality. Only a very small downside was that the bed was not the very comfortable I would expect in this hotel. Apart from that, we will certainly come back again :) ”

Asked for payment despite Expedia having been already paid so ended up being double charged for stay which I have had to refer to credit card company. Allocated incorrect rooms to our party and then accused us of being confused despite handing the room keys out. Shame as the other staff we met were really friendly and helpful - especially in the restaurant. Facilities and breakfast were excellent as was the location.”
