“Nice country pub with a cozy atmosphere. Our room was great, really clean and well presented, comfy bed and pillows, en-suite bathroom with a good shower and a decent size. Owners provided a fan which was very welcome during this current heatwave. We were greeted by Jacob in reception, really helpful, polite and respectful and he showed us to our room. “There were quite a lot of steps outside to climb to get to our room but it was a lovely room once inside with a nice modern shower room. The bed was very soft but comfortable and there was a fridge with fresh milk inside which pleased my husband who dislike little fiddly pots of the uht ki d. There was a residents only sitting area outside next to a field of lovely scented oil seed rape. We had to be out early one morning and they were very obliging with a breakfast tray of bacon sandwich and……

“The bed was super comfy and a king size. Towels were fluffy and big. Room was hot but it was the time of the heatwave and a fan was already in the room so all good. The breakfast was delicious and loads of it. The staff were also great, particularly Jimmy who showed us to our room, he served us a pint and said that if it was not up to standard, to let him know and he’d change it! All great customer service, all round from everyone at the Nags Head - well done all!”

“Very good stay at The Crown at Emsworth. Check-in was really smooth and super friendly. Also, they were really accommodating with our dog, which was great! “This was one of the best Inn's I've stayed at. The staff went above and beyond to be welcoming and friendly. The room was perfect, clean, bright and exactly as in the photos. The common areas were so inviting, there was outdoor garden spaces, indoor spaces with comfy seating for curling up with a book. The breakfast was amazing with many choices. I would highly recommend and I'm already try to plan another trip there.”

“We saw the proprietor when we arrived at the property. He said our room was ready, although we were very early. My partner was delighted with the box of breakfast goodies. The fridge and microwave were welcome extras.. Clean linen, big room, great locality. No negative points at all.”
