Staff was available when I needed them. Breakfast was limited but doable. The only comment is that thebath towels could have been a better quality. However there were enough towels to dry satisfactorily after my showers.

The room was amazing, and perfect for my dogs while i was workinh. Loved the breafast and nightly snacks/dinners and cocktails for unwinding the day. This is a perfect cozy and charming cabin tucked away in the woods. Exactly as described, very clean and has perfect little extras. Hosts are great and quick to respond. This is our second time staying and we plan on returning. Great place if you want to stargaze, fish or boat in the area.

We weren't there long enough to look around, but we did like spending time at Mermet Lake and seeing the wildlife there. We weren't sure if ALL of the snakes were dangerous, but they were fun to see from a healthy distance.
No reason to visit just passing through on the way to Chicago
We were driving through town to New Orleans. Did not do any sight seeing.
