“Small and old but is clean and has pretty much all necessary amenities such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, continental breakfast, wifi, iron, hairdryer. Beds are too old and make tons of noise. Mattresses are too soft. But overall we were happy with our stay here.”

“The people were very friendly. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The refrigerator worked very well. We liked the room better than the Beau Rivage in Biloxi MS. We will be staying at the Cottonwood Inn again.”

“My stay here was enjoyable. It was the perfect location, half way between our homes and in the resort area of North Central AR just 2 miles from Hardy AR and the Spring River. The room was very clean, new tiled floor and new furniture and beds. We really enjoyed the soft comfortable beds. Housekeeping was excellent and management available as needed. ”
