"The hotel, itself, was nice. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. However, I had anticipated a microwave in the room based on pictures from the website and there wasn't one. Also, make sure you read about the parking. It's valet only and expensive. However, I was unable to use it due to only one parking attendant and limited space to wait for them. I ended up parking about two blocks away in another garage and had to pay event parking prices. The staff were great and check in/check out was very quick."

"Great location for browns stadium, 10 minute walk.The winking lizard tavern adjacent to the Westin, great food. All staff I interacted with were extremely friendly . The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were clean and well stocked"

"First impressions weren’t bad for this hotel but after reading a few reviews I was not expecting this hotel to be as nice as it is. Very convenient location to sports fans or Rock and Roll HOF visitors. Very nice, good size park close by for exercise. Just a really clean place with a great staff. Relatively quiet but it is downtown. 1/2 price of the properties nearby. The only negative thing I could say if I had to is parking is $15 a day but I had a guaranteed spot which is worth $15. Also I didn’t have to look for parking at Progressive field. It’s a 10 from me"

"Everything was amazing - the room, amenities, you name it! We were especially impressed with the staff - from front desk to maids and everything in between. Whoever is doing the hiring is very good at selecting enjoyable, authentic people. We live nearby and this was a STAYcation for us. We'd book again in a heartbeat."
