"Staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was well maintained and very clean. The price was very good. They even upgraded us to nicer rooms without changing our price. We were going to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and it was less than 30 minutes from there. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores were near by."

"We booked last minute for a concert at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame not realizing there was also a baseball game that night, and also a wedding right at the hotel. The hotel was beautiful, and even my surly 13-year-old agreed. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were personable and attentive. I called housekeeping when I realized there was no shampoo in the bathroom, and someone was there within minutes with a new bottle. The valet service was quick and easy as well. We will definitely come back."

"Hotel was beautiful, love the historic building. Easy to find, valet was super easy. Check-in was fast and very helpful. Loved the elevators needed key cards to go up knowing it was safe. Literally around the corner from the fun food and shopping area. We were going to the baseball field, barely a 10 min walk and super easy. If you’re going to the baseball field or the arena in front of it I highly recommend staying here for the total convenience! Would definitely stay here again!"
