“Great spot! My wife and I had a great weekend on Clearlake and this home was a perfect base. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner, and the deck had a gorgeous view of the lake. Communication was great, just an fyi that if you book through Expedia, the message from host will only come through Vrbo. I was able to reach out no problem and the host was very prompt and communicative. We’ll be back.”

“We were not originally planning on staying in Middletown but were pleasantly surprised on arrival. The Garden House is very comfortable and convenient to many things in town. Linda, our host had special little touches that made the stay relaxing. Number one the shower is amazing! I looked forward to it every evening the pressure and hot water is perfect and the quality shampoos and soaps provides smelled wonderful! “The purpose for the stay in Clearlake was primarily the convenience of a nice place to stay while my brothers and I golfed at Hidden Valley Lake and Cache Creek. It proved to be the perfect location (with the exception of the rain that tried to spoil the experience). This property checked all the boxes being clean, very comfortable and quite. The added plus was a beautiful view of the lake. Next visit we will bring the boat! ”

“We showed up no one answered our phone calles, emails or text messages. Couldnt rebook for the same day. It was jist an overnight trip sp we had to fond a different place to staybefore dark. Was on the phone for over an hour woth VRBRO, they tried to contact the owner as well saying it shouldn't be listed. I have notice it is still on the listing. Be careful have a back up plan.”
