“Great apartment, plenty of room, & great location for getting to the Hardrock. Misha was very responsive with our questions and the check-in/check-out process couldn't have been easier. We kept to off-street parking but the option to park in the privately gated area was appreciated! Great water pressure, comfy pillows, and relaxing time! Two thumbs up!”

“I can’t review this property fully, because we never got to stay there. I would leave no stars if possible. Like other reviews stated, the host communication was non-existent, until I got vrbo involved. At that point, they reached out to see what I needed, then never responded again. All in all, I had to spend 1.75 hours on the phone to get this issue resolved. I highly advise to avoid this host. If like me, you book before reading the reviews, do yourself a favor and get on top of obtaining……

The freezer was full of personal items which I have never seen in a VRBO before. The same can be said for the showers. They all had personal care items and used loofas and bar soap in them. “Cabin was not ready when we checked-in. Thankfully the other cabin was available. The on-site manager did not know we were checking in. Listing was accurate, but I was still surprised there wasn’t at least soap in the bathroom/shower. There is also a completely see-through window into the bathroom (should be frosted or provide a way to block the view). ”
