Checked in and out the same evening! I woke up at midnight to loud tapping, when I turned on the light there was water pouring down the wall and hitting the carpet. I put a towel on the floor however this did not prevent the carpet as there was so much water. I had to move the bed as I was getting wet from the water coming through the roof. This continued all night, and then at 4am water started to come through the ceiling onto the wardrobe. As I left the property there was no one at reception to speak to about this, and there was a sign asking to just leave the key on the shelf. Our bed was wet when we went in and the towels so when I asked to have it changed, apparently I were to be blamed for it? Shocking service too. Their English was poor and at one point I had to get a polish interpreter (thank god I found one) to come and translate my problem to them.
