“Beautiful view, could be much better if water levels were normal but that's no fault of the owner. Nice pool and hot tub. Spa was a great spot for a massage. Cleanliness of the fridge and some dishes was suspect (lipstick prints on cups), but everything was supplied you could need. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for the hospitality.”

“A group of 16 of us had a great stay over Thanksgiving here. The property was fantastic with excellent amenities inside and out. We had dinner outside in front of the outdoor fireplace, played a lot of pickleball, played ping pong, canoed, and sat in the hot tub. Plenty of room for everyone. Highly recommended! Great communication as well when I don’t know how to turn certain outside lights on.”

“This property is amazing! There are several things to do. My family and I loved the location and the property. We had about 35 people ranging from different ages and everyone had a great time. No issues with sleeping and the kids has a blast in the game room. The host was easy to reach and accommodating.”

“This property has a wonderful view of the Colorado River and we enjoyed our time at the outdoor hot tub. Unfortunately the indoor pool was closed which we were not aware of. There are several nice parks in the vicinity. Recommend to prepare meals on site as close by restaurants are scarce.”
