yards from the base of Winter Park Resort, so close you can see when the
gondola opens.
**The space**
This unit features a quiet sixth-floor location with village and mountain
views. Sporty studio 4669 at Founders Pointe with contemporary touches and
fresh new decor and design to easily fit your vacation needs and expectations.
**The bedroom**
There is a king-size bed and full sofa sleeper that folds out next to the bed.
During the stay, you can access on-site storage for your skis, snowboard, or
bike. To enhance your experience, enjoy the complimentary High-Speed internet
throughout the building.
The Village restaurants, shops, and activities are steps away across Winter
Park Drive.
Everything you need for a cozy, convenient mountain getaway is right at your
fingertips with these slopeside accommodations.
**HOT TUB CLOSURE**. Closed Summer 2024 for Construction. Please be aware,
the Fraser Crossing/Founders Pointe amenity decks with access to grills and
hot tubs will be closed for construction until January 10th, 2025.
Parking note:
*Summer Free (one car per condo)
*Winter $21/night (one car per condo)
Reservations will be made online. A code and booking directions will be sent
via text on day of arrival. You are allowed to pay in advance, rather than day
of arrival. Please let us know if that's what you'd like to do. Parking is
located at 580 Winter Park Drive, Winter Park, CO 80482. There is no assigned
parking.
