“I thought I was in heaven!!!”

“The property could have been taken care of a little better, lots of weeds in the flower beds in the parking lot. The pool was out of service every day of my stay except Saturday and it was ice cold. The black out curtains in my room had many holes and could have been replaced. The hotel was quiet and I slept well. Breakfast was good, lots of choices and kept stocked.”

“This was a wonderful stay! The rooms were large, clean, and well kept. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Breakfast both days were not available. Suppose to open at 7 am , doors were locked, no one would respond. On second day we asked the night before if there was something we could take to the room for breakfast the next morning and were told NO. Simply not accommodating staff.”

“I don't think I have ever written a bad review. 1. Check in was busy, I don't understand if they know it is going to be busy, why a second person couldn't have been at the front desk. 2. I do not know if it was because I booked through Expedia or what we were given a room so far away from elevator, ice machine. and pool with children. 3.. Overall amenities were fine, loved the dispenses for shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, etc. The handle for getting in and out of tub/shower was……

“When we arrived, we were told we had been upgraded. The property is very outdated and the carpet doesn’t look clean. We had 2 nonsmoking rooms and both had terrible smells. One smelled like cigarettes and the other had an extremely strong odor that resembled vinegar. The TV didn’t work. We asked to change rooms and were accommodated, but those rooms had a super strong smell also, like someone dumped multiple bottles of Febreeze. We asked to have the second night refunded, but were told that……

“Quiet and clean. Bath tub drain was really slow was my only issue.”

“Location was key. Could use updating. Sidewalks crumbling, our door lock was broken. Carpet was dirty.”

“The room smelled somewhat musty or smoky like most cheap rooms until we had the A/C running long enough. The bedding was clean. We were staying as we did a long drive home across the country, so it was decent enough to sleep in for a night and wake up the next day. The check in process seemed like it took forever considering I’d already reserved online and paid.”

“Everything was excellent! Early in AM on the way to a great breakfast, we asked room attendant to check our TV and the safety strips in the bathtub. Both of theses were done by the the time we finished breakfast! So clean Our conference room was well prepared for us. I was with a quilting group. I appreciated the lil notes left by our room attendants.”

“They are remodeling hot water took forever to warm up. Ac didn't work well. Open shelf between the beds fell off when I tried to use it to get up.”
