Restaurant was sub-par. Got off the elevator on our floor and there was a terrible smell. Monica machine. Room looked clean enough, but still that smell. Had 2 beds and the one by the window had some type of bed frame/metal sticking out from under it. Could have been dangerous with a child. Just not great at all.

Normally we really like doubletree, but this one was a bit disappointing. The hallways, carpets, and the rooms are unkept, visibly dirty, and screaming for an update. There were red mold rings in both the bathtub and the shower. The beds were alright. The breakfast buffet was NOT worth $18 per person. I wouldve rather gone to mcdonalds. I coild have thrown my bagel from my hotel window and knocked someone out with it, thats how hard and stale it was. Overall, a subpar experience.

When I checked into my room there was an employee tshirt leaning on the chair which I returned to the front desk. They offered to change my room and I said no, since I was already late for dinner. The hand towel looks like it had been used. The drapes don’t close and there is damage on the track. Also next to the rad there is carpet damage. I have pictures if you like.

Double Tree looks and charges fancy and high end prices. At first glance, it seems fancy, but when we stayed there, things are dilapidated, falling apart, dirty, and in need of repair or replacement. It was way overpriced. Had to pay for breakfast which was same as free breakfast at other hotels that charge less per night. $18 for “breakfast buffet” that is average hotel breakfast. Will not be staying there again! The shower head and valve moved all over the place. There was a M&M and skittle beside the bed. The floor and mirror were dirty in the bathroom. There was dust on the headboard and night stand. The bathroom sink top was really dirty. There were tags in the closet on the floor from someone else. There were tears on the shower curtain.
