“It isn’t a big city high end hotel. But a lovely spot right on the malecón where I could sit on my balcony and watch all the goings on. Staff was wonderful. Tons to do around there. I was very pleased. ”

“We visited in mid-August & were greeted by the gracious, helpful owner & staff. We found gorgeous rooms & decor, delicious & substantial breakfast (including a full take-away breakfast when we had to leave pre-service hours for a tour), a convenient location near Merida Central Plaza, a wonderful, clean pool, lovely amenities, & an adjacent restaurant for additional meals & beverages. We'll create an opportunity to return! ”

“Excelente hotel perfecta ubicación. Personal muy amable. Tuvimos la mala experiencia de la recepcionista que nos hizo el check in que le mencionamos el asenso de categoría con vip access. Dijo que eso no existía. Al mostrarle dijo que es culpa de expedía por no cambiarlo pero que ellos no dan asensos de categoría.”
