Excelente hotel, el personal muy atento. Muy cerca de donde salen los tours, el autobus, caminando se llega al centro. Lo recomendamos ampliamente.

The stay was fine. We stayed in the artisan building and I just felt like it was not as nice as the main hotel building . The room looked more worn and in need of maintenance as opposed to a pristine room before .
It was also a complicated checkin process as the room was a few blocks away from the main building where we were dropped off so we had to haul all of our luggage to the room. There should be an easier way to inform this so we can go straight to the room

Nos hacen sentir bienvenidos desde días antes. Excelente ubicación, todo está caminarle desde ahí. Bonito entorno. Al principio se nos hizo caro… pero es que Islandia es caro.

El lugar es hermoso, las instalaciones también. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, el diseño es lindo. Cenamos en el restaurante y estuvo bastante bien; también tuvimos buena experiencia en el buffet de desayuno. Vale la pena alojarse allí.
