“Do not stay in these apartments. This review is for Apartment No 6
1) The hot water smelt of rotten eggs, which on investigation is linked to bacteria in the water tank. We had to resort to boiling the kettle to use hot water. We contacted the property 18th Feb to raise our concerns and did not get a reply. I raised a complaint with Expedia on our return and the property have refused to take any accountability for the problem. Expedia were very good dealing with the complaint though

“This place is awesome and had everything we needed. Very clean and lots of room gor a family of 4. This house is second to none in accomodations in Akureyri. We really enjoyed our stay there. ”
