Lovely and accommodating staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. While the view from our room was amazing (over canal) the room was a bit small and dated.

The room was large and very nice with great amenities. We also really enjoyed going to the private and shaded garden with a glass of wine to relax in peace and quiet.

Solo traveller visiting Amsterdam this hotel was perfect for my needs very close to public transport connections to get where you need to go a decent offering of breakfast and a wonderful room with everything you could ask for a nice modern stay and great views of the park

The rooms are dated and were not clean. The rooms were more dirty after room cleaning. had more hair and longer hair than any of us. staff was very helpful. the rooms were hot, but Europe that’s always the issue.

There are several areas that could be improved. It would be much more convenient to have an iron in every room, as we requested one during our stay, but it never arrived. The food also needs improvement. The breakfast was very basic, with a limited selection and, unfortunately, the quality of the food was not very good. The à la carte menu was also disappointing, as the food lacked flavor. We ordered a pasta dish and literally left the entire plate uneaten. Another major issue was the Wi-Fi, which simply did not work during our stay. We had to use our own mobile data because the hotel’s internet was completely unreliable. Overall, these are important areas that I believe the hotel should improve to provide a better experience for its guests.

The hotel is in an excellent location, very clean and well maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. One thing to keep in mind is that there are quite a few stairs. You need to climb a fairly steep staircase to reach the lobby, and then additional stairs to get to the rooms. This wasn’t an inconvenience for me, but it is definitely something to consider if traveling with older adults or anyone with mobility issues. That said, the staff kindly helped us carry our luggage upstairs when we arrived, which we really appreciated. Breakfast had a very good selection and everything was delicious, and I also loved that coffee is available 24 hours a day. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and had a great experience. I would definitely stay here again!
