The attention to detail by the staff were second to none. From the moment we arrived there was an abundance of attention and pampering. The concierge service sets an impressive standard. This was truly the nicest stay I’ve experienced and i cannot recommend it more.

The staff at the Four Seasons were amazing including the bellman, the housekeeper, the breakfast wait staff, the guest services manager and food & beverage manager, the golf pro shop staff, the staff at the lunch spot by the pool and the front desk staff. The Soa was excellent. Birthday celebrations for me and my husband were fantastic, including dinner on the beach. The room was great and spacious. We had a spectacular ocean view room with a balcony. We felt very special by everyone at the resort. I highly recommend the Four Seasons Resort. We had some dinners in property and others off property which was a nice mix. The staff at the resort were very helpful to book dinner reservations and taxis for us in advance.

The hotel itself and its amenities were excellent, but the service and food did not live up to the five-star standard. The concierge staff in particular were rather rude, which was disappointing.

The property was beautiful, clean and the staff was impeccable! They put a bottle of wine in my room on my birthday. The front desk was amazing and also the housekeepers.

The property is fantastic. The staff is super friendly. Breakfast at Chef's Table gave a lot of options. The spa is beautiful. It was the week before the property closes for the season, and half of the resort was closed. Dining options were limited. We had a car, so we went to a few local restaurants that were great. The beach is what we really enjoy, and it never disappoints at the Aurora.
