“Great house! Much larger than it looks, plenty of space for a group. Kitchen had everything we could possibly need and storage. Loved the outdoor space as well (just make sure to bring your mosquito repellent!). Pool could use some TLC. There were broken tiles, and the pool guy who came by noted how murky the water was due to pump not working (lost a day of pool time as he had to treat it heavily). But overall great house on a quiet street! ”

“Loved the home and the location. Beautiful spot on the beach. And found the most beautiful seashells right in front of the home on the beach. Just lovely. I would stay here again. If I had one suggestion, it would be to have a few more portable beach chairs and some beach toys for kids and a couple of boogie boards. My kids did a lot of belly surfing and would've loved some boards. I still give the place 5 stars. It was wonderful. ”

“We’d never been to IOP before, and we were pleasantly surprised by the laid back island and our beautiful rental house. Each bedroom had its own queen or king bed, and the bathrooms were plentiful! Beds were super comfy, living area spacious, lots of space on the screened in porch, amazing Wolf range and quality kitchen appliances!53rd Ave beach access had only three parking spaces at the end, but the walk to the beach from the house was about 150 yds….not too bad. “House was great. Fit our family perfectly. 5 minute walk from pool at resort. 10 minute walk to where we hung out at the beach. Only downside was the neighbors dogs accross the street whi defecated in our front yard requiring my son to scoop before our grandchildren stepped in it. Would love to let the people in charge know that she does not scoop after her dogs do their business. Overall great experience. ”
