We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the proximity to the ocean. We enjoyed the picnic tables on the first floor and the complimentary breakfast. We appreciated that the location was close to restaurants, night life and shoppes.

The area overall was nice and felt safe. The hotel itself was not noisy, but the area was, with the bars and restaurants nearby having live music nearly every evening. Great access to the beach. Breakfast is minimal. Parking can be a hassle as the spaces look

The room was top notch clean. Staff was friendly and I got into my room without delay. Hotel is pet friendly as is the beach. Area surrounding Seaside has alot to offer also. Plenty of food, music, ice cream, and let's not forget Bubba. He's 28 and loves to talk to everyone. Can't wait to come and stay again.

Upon entering our room, there was an odor. Upon further inspection, we found what appeared to be mold on the wall near a photo and on the bathroom ceiling. The Seaside Inn allowed us cancel the rest of our stay. However, the person at the desk could have cared less. The person who checked us into the hotel was very pleasant and kind. However, the person at the end of the stay needs to learn customer service. This is not a hotel. The rooms are individually owned.

💕 At the Seaside Inn Oceanfront you are surrounded by restaurants and entertainment. No need to drive anywhere once you get here. Beach allows pets. ❤️ dogs. Ice cream and block away. 😋

Seaside Inn is a lovely gem on Isle of Palms. Walkable to all the cute restaurants and the biggest attraction is being RIGHT on the beach. You can open your door and immediately greet the sea. The front desk staff was helpful and housekeeping came promptly every morning of our stay. Highly recommend staying here!

The room was clean. Pool is very small. Parking under the building is like 6 spots so plan to park in the overflow lot across the street. There was a bright outside light right outside the window that stayed on all night and shone in through cracks in the blinds. Very annoying. Nice to be right on the beach though and close to shops and restaurants. Location location.

I thought the property was nice and clean. You can tell it’s old and my room could’ve used a re fresh. Parking was tricky at first but we were able to park in the overflow lot across the street. The beach access was great! The staff were also very helpful and friendly, especially the maintenance crew! I’d stay here again! We enjoyed the free music next door from our balcony as well!

The staff at this hotel were very nice and helpful. The lobby was clean. However, the room needed some help. Shower curtain rod was barely hanging on, the shower itself was angled wrong and the water pooled at the opposite end of the drain. The shower head was shooting water every where. The metal door frames were rusted through at the bottom. There was a hole behind the bathroom door that had been “fixed” by filling it with a wad of toilet paper. On the good side, the beds were comfortable and clean. The location can’t be beat! I expected more for the price. This hotel really needs some TLC.
