“We had a such a great long-weekend! The view is amazing and the location was perfect. We had hundreds of deer every evening!Bunk rooms were great for all our boys and their friends. Pool was very clean and refreshing. House instructions were very clear and needed for the grill and Sonos.Special touches with the coffee bar, pool toys, and double-laundry room. We rented a boat and had two jet skis and it was easy to use the tie-offs on the dock. Would 100% recommend and return! ”

“Good location for easy access to downtown Marble Falls. This is pet friendly which is why we keep booking here. They have a small fenced in yard, on a 2 acre lot. I have seen alot of deer and did see one cougar, so keep an eye on small pets... this is a great place with the choice of 1, 2 or 3 bedroom rental. Will definitely be back as long as they dont sell.....”

“The property is in a great location and has all of the amenities needed. The kitchen had everything I needed including a washer and dryer. The kitchen and bathrooms had a welcome box with necessities like a new sponge, soap, a pack of laundry detergent and so on. The master suite has relatively steep stairs but super nice accommodations. We didn't use the lower room but it would be perfect for those that like it dark because there are no windows and it's cool. I discovered there is a window air……

“This was the perfect place for our stay. Pet friendly. Hosts very accommodating and live next door which was very helpful when we got locked out with both our phones inside. They made the stay special with a dozen farm fresh eggs on arrival and another at the end of the stay to take home. If you’re looking for a place close to Austin without all the hustle and bustle this is the perfect place. We will be back. ”
