Tracie, the property manager, was great she came over as soon as called, when there was an issue, and stayed to make sure everything was satisfactory. I wanted them to experience sitting around a picnic table rather than a living room, everyone sharing one room, one bathroom for all of us, no screens for most of the day, few appliances.
