"Beautiful house and enjoyed our time!! "

"I was really excited to stay at this property. It looks so nice! However the beautiful new building is situated in a very rough area of DC. We arrived in the late afternoon and a party was just getting started next door. Medium sized crowd, loud music with strong bass line. I ordered some DoorDash and the driver got out, looked at me, looked around, and asked "Are you okay?" But I was still hopeful that everything would be fine. It wasn't. The party went until nearly 4am with escalating yelling...

"I needed room for 5 adults and parking. This townhouse was located close to DC sites in a nice quiet neighborhood. The hostess was very responsive and the house was clean with great amenities. The additional living room and balcony were lovely. The house rules were reasonable and one car garage access was very convenient. "

"House worked just fine for us. Small, 2 bdrm and 1 bathroom. We pretty much were only there to sleep, so it was fine. Very clean. Could hear the people moving around upstairs, but not much you can do about that. A bit of a walk to the metro, maybe 10-15 minutes, but overall not too bad. Very residential area, no stores or anything nearby; but Target delivery worked out for us :) "
