“We booked a particular room and when we arrived they put us in a different room. I explained to the front desk clerk what room I booked and she said that that was not how the booking came across from Expedia and that we had to pay an additional$20 in cash to get the correct room after the clerk ran my card 3 times and told me I had to pay cash for the room because none of my cards would go through. She asked for my driver's license 3 times. Everything just seemed very strange”

“The house was amazing.All the amenities you need while going away.Kitchen was fully stocked with necessities.Bathrooms were fully stocked, hand soap, shampoo, towels and toilet paper too. Not just 2 rolls either or made of sandpaper. I noticed the solid door on the bathrooms. when redoing a house most people stick to the hollow doors to keep the price down, but the bathrooms were solid. Beds were comfortable.
