“泊單車收費，水吧要100歐元按金應預先說明！收費後要十天才退回不合理。退房時沒有帳單！說會電郵給我，兩星期仍未收到！提供的風扇壞了，要求更換，只有一把微型風扇。前台服務員說只是學生，什麼也未能幫忙！餐廳酒店管理很有問題！如要帳單，要再電郵酒店索取，十分不合理！ ”

“Property is fantastic, especially the lobby is like a modern art gallery, very lovely family running the hotel, kind, welcoming, chatty and very polite. The only point for me, there is no fridge or caffe or tea machine in the room, although there is one in lobby, Also for families with young children, there was some business around that may be not pleasant, to be seen by children. There us a big shopping store next to hotel which is nice. ”

“J’ai séjourné deux nuits à Liège avec ma copine dans une chambre avec baignoire à jets et terrasse privée (du moins sur le papier). Les points positifs : • Le personnel est vraiment adorable, très à l’écoute, souriant et accueillant. • Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et varié, un vrai plaisir. • La baignoire à jets fonctionne bien, on en a bien profité malgré quelques soucis. • La télé avec services de streaming et l’enceinte fournie étaient un vrai plus. Mais malheureusement, le niveau……
