Chambre propre. L'arrivée à 17h n'était pas possible ce jour là. Je ne sais pas si c'est tout le temps comme ça. Bonne literie, baignoire à remous très agréable. Propre. Chambre à thême pour les amoureux mais la déco reste soft. Possibilité d'entendre les ébats des chambres voisines...:( pas de petit dej avant 9h, difficile quand on travaille.

Het verblijf was ok. Ik ben juist niet te spreken over jullie eigen klantenservice. De kalntenservice van hotel.com. Ik heb de meest vreselijke onvriendelijke vrouw aan de lijn gehad nadat ik zeker 45 min aan de lijn heb moeten wachten om contact met jullie te krijgen. De dame van hebt hotel was wel heel vriendelijk. Ik boek ooit zeker nog wel dit hotel alleen niet meer via jullie

Peut faire mieux..

Chambre bien amenagee, proprete des sanitaires, douche et lit tres bien par contre le sol n avait pas ete fait...un oubli peut etre. Room service pas au top car quand vous commandez il faut descendre a la reception payer en espece....1ere fois que nous voyons cela dans ce genre d hotel, ou est l interet du room service?? Et dernier point nius avions retenu cette chambre avec les petits dej compris et la receptionniste nous a dit que cela n etait pas possible car ce n est pas leur politique....heureusement que nous avions la feuille de reservation ...erreur hotel.com ou hotel tout court? .
