“I like the location. Very convenient to many amenities. Ample parking. Beautiful setting. The 2 things that could be improved are privacy curtains in my room were full length and could not be closed due to location of heating/AC; entrance door and bathroom door are very heavy and swing closed very fast. A door stop feature, especially the bathroom door, would be more convenient. Had to use my suitcase to prop it open. I made those suggestions at the desk and also an online review from the……

“This is definitely a work in progress. Our room was spacious and clean. The hotel was quiet for the most part and the staff was very friendly. It's clear a family has taken on the job of restoring this property to a new, beautiful standard. I was pleased with the location, the price and our room. The elevator is a little scary at the moment, but I'm sure it will be fixed. I look forward to seeing it fully restored.”

“Check in with Kendall was effortless. He is an outstanding employee, super helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. My friends and I had an excellent stay to attend our 55th class reunion. “Very good. Need Wingate sign at the hotel. It said “The Clover”. I figured it out. Very competent person at the desk. He handled multiple issues at once. You need grab bars in the bathroom. Bath tub floor slippery. Grab bars inside the shower too. I will definitely stay there again. ”
