It is very Disappointing that They told me They charge an extraFee of over $600.00 for heating the pool in 90 degree weather. Would not recommend do To poor responsiveness and and extremely inappropriate overcharged fee”

“This property is as advertised and MORE. Kudos to the owners who provide an extremely well maintained and ABSOLUTELY immaculate condo. Turn key ?? You bet - this condo is better stocked than the Super Target down the street. And Colonial Country Club - what a place !!! The grounds are gorgeous and professionally maintained with a beautiful 18 holes of golf, tennis courts, a work out center, plenty of pools, and dining at the Club House too. Even more - what a friendly bunch of people at……
