Our friends had rented the Bear Rocks community center for a get-together, so we decided to stay nearby—and it ended up being the perfect choice. “Great property. All other reviews were accurate. Pool heater not working all the time. Some light bulbs were out. Main floor thermostats are controlled by host-that was the most annoying thing about our stay. Host did not get a hold of me 3 days ahead like VRBO said he would. Had to contact him 2 days before. No instruction sheets anywhere in house. Could have minimized our contact with host had there been some. All in all though we had a great time!”
