Nice place to stay, new for me is the need for showier cap in pool, also couldn't get the Turkish steam bath to work and the Sauna wasn't included the cost fo the room..Disappointing, however the hotel otherwise was very good.

I only stayed a night in the hotel . Staff was exceptional . Food from restaurant was delicious both dinner and breakfast ( has fruit, yogurt, toast , etc a lot for €10 euros was def worth it . I didn’t use the spa because it’s outside of main building and it’s €15 euros. I love the location , it’s right in the center and 10 min walk from Christmas wonderland . It was amazing. Agueda is small town but their decorations are breathtaking def worth it. Transportation : they got a small train station , bolt worked on my arrival but to leave Agueda to train didn’t work so ask staff for taxi , and finally be aware : Agueda doesn’t have trains to Aveiro often so buy ticket ahead time. If you take bolt from hotel to Aveiro station is about €20. I would def come back again :)

La peor experiencia de mi vida

Hola Quiero poner una reclamación aquí también, aunque ya está puesta ante el órgano competente. Nos dejaron en la calle a mis dos hijos de 13 y 16 años, pese a tener reservado una habitación triple en media pensión, según ellos la cantidad era 1 entonces era para una persona, pero en la explicación ponía claramente tres personas edades de los menores incluidas. Querían obligarme a pagar 80€ por ellos y no entraba la cena, solamente para mí como estaba contratado, según ellos problema del operador, pese a los emails del operador siguieron en sus 13 y nos dejaron en la calle, les reclamé que si estaba mal la reserva cancelaran todo y me devolvieran el dinero y me iba a otro sitio y se negaron, si el contrato estaba mal ante el incumplimiento del mismo lo cancelaran y me devolvieran el dinero y se negaron. Con lo cual estoy sin dinero y sin estancia

Nous avons eu beaucoup de surprises à notre arrivée, notamment le fait que la piscine et le spa sont payants, un troisième lit d’appoint pour mon fils (dont les pieds dépassaient) alors que nous nous attendions à un vrai lit et aussi, le petit‑déjeuner : si vous arrivez en fin de service, ils ne servent plus rien dommage vu le prix

La única piscina es la del spa a un precio de 15 € adultos y 10 los niños. Además tienes que salir del edificio y subir una calle con una gran pendiente. La cena es a la carta y los precios están bastante bien. El personal es muy amable y atento. Tiene parking gratis.
