Beautiful newer building. However the front desk person could’ve been a robot as she repeated her “welcome in” 3 times during my check-in. She had zero answers to any questions we had, then put us in the wrong room. But, the icing on the cake was the fire alarm going off at 1am and the entire building needing to evacuate their rooms. Quite possibly due to the pot smoke billowing out of a room on our floor. Not a good experience for us!

No hot tub. Bistro not open in the evening. Up and coming neighborhood, but not safe to walk downtown from hotel. Most establishments around hotel (there were not many) not open on Saturdays, except for a marvelous Italian restaurant across the street. Friendly staff, clean rooms.

I booked a suite and took advantage of the theater facilities on site for my daughter’s 10th birthday party. Her and her friends had a BLAST! The staff was amazing and very accommodating. The theater was nice, the pool was the perfect size and the suite was awesome. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were great and super comfy bed. My wife and I were extremely happy with the stay, we also really loved the speakeasy. The staff was also super chatty and friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend

Not the room we reserved.
It was not the king size bed we reserved online it was twin queens. Place was super clean. We didn’t bother them about the room. They were super busy.

Pros and cons.
Nice stay. Nice rooms. Clean. Parking is in very busy public area unless you pay additional fees. Picture of indoor pool and hot tub is not for this hotel. No hot tub at this hotel, disappointing and false advertising, please correct. No breakfast included. All pay options. Nice location for scenic train.

I stay at this property frequently when visiting family, and the staff is always super friendly and accommodating. The speakeasy, db, luigi's and jilly's make this a destination where you don't need to walk more than 1 minute to have a great time.
