Hello Villas
Stayed for 12 days. Had issues with first house and took two days to be moved. Second house had better upkeep. Pool area was nice, and was quiet overall. Cleaning was very hit and miss.

The condo was quite large with kitchen, bathroom and living room on the main floor and 1 bedroom and full bath on the second floor. There was also a basement but we didn't go down there. The outdoor pool is very nice with enough lounges for everyone. Our only complaints are that it is a long walk to the beach down a steep hill and then back up said hill, no paper towels or kleenex were provided, and there were no hooks anywhere to hang up wet towels.

Nothing close by no mini market, pub, restaurant, shops etc. on site “lounge bar, poolside bar and cafe” was the same lone tiny one table room served from a hatch! Good pool and plenty of sun beds. Nice Villa but had little utensils and no site information documents 10pm curfew not mentioned anywhere until you’re still chatting at midnight!

The tourist attractions, the beach, supermarkets. 15 minutes walking until the city. We have one and two-bedroom villas, all equipped, sometimes it can happen that some kitchen utensils are missing, but just talk to our reception and we will take care of it. We replace it immediately. The swimming pool area is a spectacular place, plenty of green space. In Portugal, by law you can only make noise until 10pm. Thank you. See you next time. Spacious, quiet and modern flat!
Spacious, modern flat, close to the town and a 3 minute drive away from the beach! The staff were incredibly helpful and the flat was well equipped. We worked remotely and had no issues with wifi or having a proper office space. Would highly recommend this villa if you're after somewhere spacious, comfortable and quiet while still being a very short drive to the main town and beach.

We had a lovely week in Hello Villas,quiet,spotless accommodation,with daily cleaning and everything necessary to live comfortably there,was available! Pool area was superb with plenty of umbrellas and sun beds.Downhill walk into Cavaeiro but steep walk back again may require you to take a cheap taxi. Definitely recommend this resort

It's spacious, big, clean, modern and quiet villas. Gardens could do with some more maintenance. The villa complex is quite good, all villas with their own garden, outside space, very private, not overlooked. Pool is small but very quiet. Car hire is recommended. Overall excellent value for money.

Great place to stay, villas are spacious and really well equipped in a quiet, had everything we needed. Pool area and other facilities all good. Staff were non intrusive and very helpful. We will definitely be back!

Spacious unit in a good location.
A great location, as it was walking distance to a lively village and within a short drive of many sights. The villa was a large one bedroom with a private backyard. Located on the resort is an outdoor pool where we spent several enjoyable evenings.

The staff here were awesome. So accommodating that I kept staying extra nights. The rooms and the pool were fantastic. Everything is up today. The area is very peaceful and safe and so close to the main town area.

Property very spaciuos and well presented inside but the gardens needed to be looked sfter as very over grown esprcially the back garden. The only villas that had the gardens attended were those near reception!! The only reason why i did not give you top scores

The property was a 3 story house yet only one bedroom. This gave the 2 of us more than plenty of living space. Negative being no working aircon despite reporting the issue twice.

Definitely recommend this place!
Fantastic accommodation, great modern villas in a beautiful complex. The staff were all great and couldn’t do enough to help. A ten minute walk downhill to Carviero we didn’t fancy the walk back up the hill but a taxi was around €5. Would definitely return to this accomodation and would recommend it!

The villa was much bigger than we were expecting. Excellent cooking facilities. Dishwasher. Private balconies and garden. The staff were friendly and helpful. The villa was visited every day by cleaning staff. The communal pool was well maintained and had plenty of sun-loungers and parasols.

Fantastic self-catering villa close to the beach
We stayed for 4 nights for a relaxing end to our holiday. Out of season towards the end of September - the bar wasn't always open but we were allowed to bring drinks to the poolside and looked after our own rubbish. Time of year also meant great weather and a quiet shared pool! We stayed in a townhouse: ample parking space (2 cars), lots of room, great outdoor spaces including balconies. Provision of simple amenities including all white goods and potentially necessary accompanying household items (dishwasher tabs, laundry powder, washing up liquid etc). Perhaps the only fault would be a number of ants dotted around the apartment and probably could have done with basic goods being available such as cooking oil or oven gloves - not really anything worth being bothered about! Easy drive to several supermarkets nearby. 10 minutes walk downhill to Carvoeiro beach/cove, plenty of restaurants and several bars. Lovely short boardwalk along the coast or a longer, slightly more adventurous walk continuing to the small lighthouse still in use. Perfectly safe and clean environment. Friendly and helpful staff and security. Be careful finding this place with your satnav - it's too new and a lot of roads are unnamed!

Nice quiet area out of the main bars and restaurants but just a short walk down a steep hill (and remember you have to walk back up at the end of the night and after a few drinks!) The pool area is nice and peaceful and beaches not far away. We hired a car so we could explore the area. I would recommend the boat trips to the caves

Lovely villa well appointed just a 10 minute walk to Carvoeiro centre. Very clean and well maintained, however a hair dryer would have been good. Friendly staff who were very helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent Accomodation at the top of a steep hill.
The Villas Mourim cannot be faulted for facilities or cleanliness. These are modern buildings beautifully fitted out to a high standard in a quiet part of Carvoeira. The pool area is quiet and there were always enough sunbeds. The reception/security staff could not be more helpful. The only negative is that the villas are located at the top of a very steep hill so be prepared for a good 10-15 walk after a day at the beach or meal at night. A taxi costs 5 euros however later at night there is high demand for taxis so expect a wait. There are no parking problems if you have a car.

Very comfortable with plenty of room. I did not take the bus, but noticed that the bus stop is right by the entrance to the properties. The town of Carvoeiro is a beautiful and picturesque town with lots of shops and restaurants.

Beautiful Villas, Extremely clean & modern. Well equipped. Just not very safe for our 8 month old Granddaughter, but we managed to make safe the stairways. Would definitely go there again.

We visited Aldeamento Villas Mourim end of September , 2016. This resort is great. We rented 3 floors villa with pretty back yard and private parking. On the first floor are the living room, the bathroom and fully equipped kitchen . On the second floor are the bedroom ,bathroom with a jacuzzi and a spare room. In the basement is the laundry room. Beautiful pool ,plus children's pool. Very quiet place , 10 -15 min. walk to the beach or centre of the city. The weather was very hot (28-32 C), but we didn't feel like using the AC. The windows are protected with heavy automatic blinds and theyt keep the house cool. The staff was very friendly and qualified. I really want to thank Cristina Almeida who manages the place. She was very helpful and very professional. Big thank you to the guards Fabio, Vitor and Luiz who were always there , ready to help. We definitely going to Villas Mourim again and highly recommend this place to anyone. P.S. We booked with Hotels.com. The street name they have on their website is wrong. You have to look for RAMPA Mato Serrao, not for Rua Mato Serrao. Stayed September 2016

Wir können das "Hello Villas" nur empfehlen. Wir waren wieder einmal zu früh für den Check-In. Das Personal an der Rezeption bot uns an, die Wartezeit am Pool zu verbringen und stellte uns sogar Badetücher zur Verfügung. Als die Wohnung bereit war, wurden wir benachrichtigt und konnten einziehen. Schon beim Betreten der Wohnung wussten wir, dass wir uns hier wohlfühlen würden. Gut klimatisiert, sauber und sehr geräumig. Unser Sohn hat alles sofort inspiziert. Die Küche, der Waschraum und alles, was man für einen längeren Urlaub braucht, waren vorhanden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, und es kam regelmäßig jemand, um die Wohnung zu reinigen. Zu Fuß waren wir mit dem Kinderwagen in etwa 15 Minuten in der Stadt, obwohl es etwas steil war. Schade war nur, dass es keinen Schatten beim Carport gab und die Poolbar bereits um 16:30 Uhr geschlossen wurde. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft und würden sofort wiederkommen.
