Vacation between mountains and sea - House in the medival village

Our House is locadet in the medival village of Palalda in the popular region of Vallespir.
It is also located at the foot of the Pyrenees and about 30 driving minutes from the Sea- ideal for guests to enjoy the 'French Way of Life'.
The Catalan House has been completely redeveloped. It has two Living Levels, a Mezzanine and a converted Basement. Due to the open construction it is especially for couples, as well for families with Kids suitable.
Infantes are in our House unfortunately not suitable due to the open construction method and stairs.

Beautifully renovated Catalan house
The house is beautifully renovated in a Catalan style, traditional to this area. It has everything you need for short or long term stays and is very homely. The village (Palalda) is a perfect location on the south facing (sunny!) side of the mountain. Great for sports as there are so many cycling, running/ hiking routes in the area and it is close to the lake at Saint Jean and not far from the coast.

Schwieriger Zugang
Diese Bewertung fällt mir schwer. Zunächst das positive. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin in Deutschland und dem Kontakt vor Ort war hervorragend. Alles reibungslos und pünktlich. Wohnung war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Leider war der Zugang zur Wohnung noch schwieriger und steiler, als wir nach der Beschreibung angenommen haben. Ca. 200m vom Parkplatz, viele Treppen und Wege von geschätzt 10-12% haben uns zu schaffen gemacht. Auch in der Wohnung selbst insgesamt 4 Etagen mit steilen Treppen teilweise ohne Geländer. Für uns war es zuviel und wir sind leider vorzeitig abgereist.

Merci pour l' accueil et la disponibilité de Mme CORTES lors de notre arrivée dans le village. Joli village avec des petites ruelles très calmes, mais cependant il ne faut pas être à mobilité réduite pour accéder au logement. Beaucoup de marches. De belles rencontres, habitants très ouverts, et sympathiques. belle région.

Dépaysement sympathique
L'accueil est très sympathique de la part de Madame Cortes et des villageois. La propriété est atypique et propre. Les ventilateurs étaient de grand secours contre la canicule. Ce logement serait encore plus agréable si il serait équipé d'une climatisation. Aussi un frigo d'une contenance plus grande serait plus approprié pour un groupe de quatres personnes. Cependant nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce village pittoresque . A découvrir

très bel appartement
Nous avons séjourné trois semaines dans un appartement très agréable, moderne, original et fonctionnel pour deux personnes La vieille ville de Palalda est magnifique, le calme est assuré et nous avons eu des rapports conviviaux avec les habitants du quartier L'accueil par madame Cortes était ponctuel et agréable. Une demie heure à pieds pour nous rendre aux thermes, petite balade sympa. tvb

Palalda est un charmant petit village médiéval. Au début, on se perd facilement dans ses petites ruelles, mais on comprend très vite comment se diriger. La maison est très agréable. L’open Space est particulier mais on s’y fait. En tout cas dépaysement total…

La maison a beaucoup de charme. Nous avons été accueilli avec chaleur. Mme Cortés est sympathique et reactive en ça de probleme. Petit bémol: Dommage que nous ayons très peu de vue sur la montagne depuis la maison. La région est superbe.

Ens hem trobat molt a gust. Un petit poblet del segle X que estava inclòs a una de les visites culturals de l'Aplec excursionista dels Països Catalans. La casa està molt ben acondicionada, pero no t'han de fer por les escales. Potser hi tornarem. Carlos i Catalina de Mallorca.

Feine FEWO in ruhigem Dörfchen
Amelie-les Bains-Palalda ist ein malerisches Dörfchen. Traumhaft mit engen Gässchen. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Wir wurden auch sehr freundlich empfangen. Klitzekleiner Makel: Für Menschen die 1,85m groß sind benötigeder Kopf eine gewisse Eingewöhnungsphase; es ist an der ein oder anderen Stelle ein bisschen niedrig. Toll war auch der kleine Wagen im Keller mit dem man das Gepäck in die Wohnung bekommt.

Tranquillité entre mer et montage
Nous avons passé un séjour agréable en famille dans cette petite maison agréable et bien entretenu. Le village Palalda est très beau et regorge de jolies petits recoins à découvrir. Ce fut un bon camps de base pour une diversité d'excursion dans toute la région jusqu'en Espagne. Il faut prendre en compte toute fois l'accès qui ne peut se faire qu'à pied, à partir de différents parking situées plus loin de la maison, car inaccessible en voiture. Un investissement dans un nouveau matelas et un nouveau sommier dans la pièce du premier étage serait un plus pour les prochains locataires. Nous conseillons vivement cette location pour ceux qui aiment la tranquillité et qui veulent se ressourcer.

Toujours autant de plaisir à passer nos vacances dans cette jolie maison au coeur du magnifique village médiéval de Palalda. Tout est parfait pour passer un agréable séjour : le confort, la décoration de très bon goût, la propreté, le calme, sans oublier l'accueil toujours aussi chaleureux d'Isabelle. Nous recommandons !

Bien situé entre montagne et mer. Coin agréable à visiter. Jolie maison typique catalane, calme..je vous la conseille vivement. Le seul petit bémol c est qu'on ne peut pas mettre la voiture près de la maison pour décharger...petite ruelle impossible de passer en voiture...

Casi perfecta
Casa antigua completamente reformada en el corazón de Palalda. Muy tranquila, bien equipada, limpia y agradable. La atención ha sido muy buena. Perfecta para una pareja, incluso con niños, pero no para dos parejas adultas ya que la segunda cama está situada como en un altillo y su acceso y estancia, son muy justos, no puede transitarse de pie. Muy recomendable y anotada por si regresamos a la zona.
